Two and a bit months after Team Ivy came to be

we have reached the goal of $5000.

I am truly, wonderfully amazed and in awe that all of you out there

have pulled together to make this happen.

All I can say is thank you.

From the very bottom of my heart.

The best news (aside from the fact that I will no longer plague you with tweets and facebook updates)

is that it isn’t over.

Not yet.

The high school that the girls and AJ go to are having a “fairy mermaid princess day” in week eight of this term, where all money raised will go to Team Ivy

and David’s work is yet to come on board.

It has been lovely for me to see

that together we can make a difference in this world.

I really needed that.

Please know that I think you are all heroes

and that I will be telling Ivy and Noah bedtime stories about a worldwide community who changed our lives for the better.
