Clearly, Eggbert is an egg.

Not just any egg, mind you.

Eggbert is a dare devil egg.

No, not a devilled egg,

a dare devil egg.

Actually, there’s not much dare in this devil.

Eggbert is afraid.

Very afraid.

Eggbert has been put in our fridge for the purpose of an experiment.

Maddy’s science experiment, to be precise.

Maddy has to make a vehicle in which Eggbert will travel…

straight down.

That’s right, dear readers, Maddy will drop Eggbert from a bridge.

In this contraption.

The vehicle is supposed to sustain his life, should he plummet from a height, that usually scrambles eggs.

Right now, Eggbert is scared, nay, he is petrified.

Eggbert may look like nothing could break him

but really he is all yellow and squishy inside.

He has eggspecially asked me to ask for your prayers

he may be nothing but a shell of his former self.
