I would show you photos of the girl

and how much better she is looking today.

I wish I had it in me to enter the I heart faces  sports category this week but I don’t (sorry mum).

I wish I could show you the holter monitor she has on her, finally trying to work out what is going on with that heart of hers, which has been causing her all sorts of trouble for the last day or so.

I wish I could tell you when this would be over

but word from the good doctor is that we are looking at next week sometime.

I wish I could have captured the moment two big parcels arrived at the hospital and we opened them up.

Ivy’s face was so filled with joy and happiness.

We have beeen crafting and colouring our day away  (and  looking through my rose coloured glasses).

We’ve already made some cellophane butterflies and hung them in her room and coloured in a felt fairy.

I wish I could hug each and every one of you.
