Nurse: (checking nameband) “Is this Ivy? Can you tell me her full name, date of birth and her address, please”.
Me: “Sure. It’s Ivy Hazel, date of birth 30/11/05 and her address is blah blah blah, Ellalong”.
Ivy: “No Mummy, I don’t live at Ellalong, I live at Fairyland!”
