Boys…
Run, don’t walk.
Trip over their own feet.
Bleed easily, especially from split lips.
Need just as much comfort, probably more than their sisters and take longer to calm down when they’re hurt.
Know that a Thomas DVD will make all the hurts go away.
Love their mum unconditionally,
even when she’s still trying to teach him that running in the house will result in injury, while she’s mopping up the blood.
