Like the bet I made with David that, if he mentioned wanting test results amongst the need for more antibiotic scripts, the paed would not call back.
$100 won by my husband because the doctor did indeed call back
to tell us her lungs were clear on the cat scan.
Hooray, I hear the collective celebration.
Hooray, yes.
There is no bronchiectasis
but there is still pulmonary hypertension.
It’s not the transient kind.
It is not because there is some form of chronic lung disease.
It is pulmonary hypertension with no known origin.
It could still be that there is some form of sleep apnoea.
I am hanging onto that as the cause.
We won’t know those results for a week.
At the moment she is healthy and happy
and we will take each day as it comes.
