Weekly Winners.

Weekly Winners time again!

The weeks are flying now, with only three weeks until Ivy and Noah turn three and something like seven weeks until Christmas. That is just crazy!

Here is the best of my week.

These were all taken on the day Booger and Steve moved in…

boogersteveset4.jpg

Knock, Knock, Booger, you in there?

boogersteveset2.jpg

There you are!

boogersteveset1.jpg

Drumming on the colander/ helmet/drum.

stevenoah.jpg

Steve… I mean Noah. Almost 3.

fairy-in-my-hand.jpg

This is not a great photo but it has a story attached to it.

You know those little felt circles that go on the bottom of things so they don’t slip? The little girl found one and declared it a fairy. She requested this photo of her (Booger) and the “fairy in my hand”.

You can totally see the fairy, right?

boogerivy.jpg

She gets tired so quickly.

Booger having a rest while Steve is playing the piano.

boogersteveset5.jpg

I think this might be my fave for the week.

boogersteveset3.jpg

or this one.

sleepingin.jpg

I tucked Booger and Steve in for the night.

ragcurltwins.jpg

Immy and maddy are trying to work out how they will wear their hair for the year six farewell (in four weeks *gulp*)

I ragged their hair to get ringlet curls.

Maddy wanted Matrix style photos…huh?

ragcurltwins2.jpg

Immy wasn’t impressed with the jump on effect. I was. I thought it looked cool!

ragcurlgirls.jpg

Mollie (Immy’s BF) was not spared from the rag curl effect.

ooh ooh could you do a how-to post on ragging?

I’ve always wanted to try it on my girl but have no idea where to start.

I usually have a hard time picking a fav - but I think without a doubt, my fav this week is Noah & Ivy tucked in bed - not that the others aren’t just as wonderful, but that one…… it just makes me feel so peaceful, so relaxed, so warm, so content, so, oh, I don’t know - just wonderfully happy! And they aren’t even my kids!

Okay, now next week, you have to show the results of the rag curls! :-)

Your kids are gorgeous tiff, and you do such a lovely job of capturing their gorgeousness…

Awww, I absolutely love all the twin shots, but my favourite has to be the sleeping one. My heart went into my throat with the one with the fairy.#
And LOL at the older girls and their raglet hair! Would have loved to see the “after” look!

I love the jump on effect too, especially the reaction of the jumpee!

I know I say this almost every week but you make it SO difficult to pick a fave ;) These are ALL excellent! My faves, if I have to choose, are all the b&w of Booger & Steve & the ragged hair pics! All wonderful winners.

Booger and Steve… I love it. I love that she sees faeries and imagines a world other than the real one… I love three year olds. Such beautiful kiddos… all of them. And the hair… I think they should wear the rags. :) It’s one people aren’t likely to forget.

Always such precious shots here! I think my favorite is the one where you said “or this one” as your pick for a favorite. How sweet and cute kids are with the imagination. It’s like their own special kind of magic that goes away as we get older (well, for most of us). Beautiful, all.

Booger and Steve are just awesome. I love that picture of the two of them all snuggled up for the night. So precious!

I’d also like to note that Ivy has the most beautiful hair known to mankind. I love those gorgeous curls!

I’d like to know about ragging too! I did it long ago with my grandma but it’s been so long, I’ve forgotten.

Lovelovelove the one of Noah alone - beautiful. And the two of them sleeping. Oh, forget it, I love all of them. I can’t ever pick one or two of yours, because the expressions on the girls faces as they jump around are wonderful too, and then Ivy and Noah smiling at the camera…sigh… how do you make such beautiful babies?! I didn’t realize that Ivy and Noah are only a few weeks older than Colin. =)

OMG such great shots. I can’t believe they’ll be 3 in 3 weeks. They are just the cutest little ones ever. Love those ringlets and love the shots of them laughing and sleeping together.

As for the older girls with their hair ragged. Hilarious. Great shots.

Oh, I see the fairy alright — fairies, actually. A whole house full of them. Some with mischievous eyes of blue, some with sparkly grins, colander hats and rag-curl ringlets. And every one of them pure magic :)
