She missed a few days at school due to mumps and when I went in to exchange her reader for the next level, E****** wanted to know when T was coming back. He said "I miss her, because I love her". I replied," well thank you E, we love her too". E said, quite firmly, "No, I LOVE her". It was cute then, not so cute a few years later. She's in the same boat herself now with a 14 year old daughter of her own. I think it's sweet that your girls are taking baby steps, but I don't think you need to worry too much. you've raised them well and they're not likely to "go off the deep end".
