It’s that time again and even though I have lost some mojo this week, I still had to post my favourites and participate in Sarcastic Mom’s Weekly Winners. How could I not?

I’m really sorry I didn’t get around to comment much this week. Ivy is feeling much better today, so I have fingers crossed for a happier week.

It was gorgeous weather over the weekend. Summer’s last hurrah.

What better way to soak it all up but with  naked waterplay?

I made this over the weekend…

I originally saw the idea on Scribbit and have not been able to buy one of hers (they sell too fast) So I bit the bullet and made my own.

It’s called a Quiet Family and is essentially a box, that opens up to be a little stage scene, if you will, for the peg people to play in.

I made all the peg people too!

The kids have enjoyed playing with them. The idea is that these little guys will keep kids busy at times when you need them to be quiet and still (like in Doctor’s rooms - and Lord knows I’ve got alot of that coming up in the school holidays).

Finally, over the weekend my little guys learnt to navigate the steps down into the back yard.

Of course, we had to do that naked and wet as well.
