…and then there was Monday night.
They are restless again.
This can’t be good. It is cracking on to 9pm. Why are they still awake?
There has been no red cordial. There has been plenty of quiet time pre - bed. We have followed the bed time routine to the letter but for the second time they have not gone straight to sleep.
9:30pm.
C’mon, already.
Go. To. Sleep.
Suddenly it’s quiet.
Are they asleep?
Creeping, creeping, shhhh, we don’t want to wake them…
What’s this?
Noah… you’re wearing a hat and sitting up with your sister, in the same bed.
Oh, she has a hat too, and some Little Golden Book reading material.
Oh and looky here, a tray, with two teacups and a teapot.
A ten o’clock teaparty!
At the wrong end of the day.
AAARRRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!

It might be driving you nuts but I thinks thats just sweet…
bless their wee cotton socks.
There is something for you at my place.
cheers Kim xxx
So cute espectially when it is someone ELSE!! Ha ha!
Lol! That’s too cute!
Oh gee. I hope they slept in for you. All that caffeine at the Mad Hatters tea party can’t have been good….unless it was chamomile tea.
Sweet! A secret tea party. And they did it quietly (sneakily) so as not to disturb the rest of the house. Very thoughtful of them.
At 10pm???
*sigh*
Toddlers!
I can just imagine it … ‘two’ cute. It is after 10 here and our little men are still up thanks to a long afternoon nap *sigh gotta love ‘em can’t tie them to the bed.
I had to laugh even though I know I shouldn’t! Have you had ANY sleep the past few nights? And I thought Noah was the one who loved his sleep - what happened???
That’s cool. An ‘up’ amid all of the ‘downs’, lately.
