Weekly Winners

Time for my favourite post of the week. Started by the Mexican loving Sarcastic Mom. If you are into taking photos then you should join in!

This week I have been playing with a Canon EF 24 - 105 f4 L IS USM lens. Basically a really big lens!

I didn’t really get the hang of it and subsequently don’t want one in my birthday bundle but here are a few of my faves from the week.

It’s been raining all week here too.

This is on the way home. We live in farmland. Alot of it is very rustic.

Crazy saturated sisters post rain chasings. We had been locked up inside all week and I just needed to be outside for a while. The kids asked if they could play in the Summer rain. They had fun.

I didn’t take these last two (obviously), Dave did but I love them. I don’t have many photos of me with the kids so these are to treasure.

  26. oops - my address is now included :/

  27. These are beautiful. All of them. Couldn’t pick out one in particular. I can’t believe you have time to be taking pictures given what you describe in your next post. And Ivy looks so angelic. One can never tell these things obviously (just kidding of course). The last two are lovely too. Definitely worth framing. Hope you have a better week. More restful anyway.

  28. First of all, thanks for stopping by my blog!
Not fair- it’s summer where you are.! This morning, we woke up to snow and 9-deg F — brrrr! not venturing out there today (I might, gotta get out of the house and go workout in the gym).
Love your photos with the kids that Dave took. I wish I have more photos with my little one. I have to literally hand my husband the camera if I want pictures with her.

  29. I’m finally catching up, and, wow! Those are some really great pictures. Love the muddy feet - always means you’ve been up to something fun.
