Thank you so much, Tiff. No, you are not alone. Just looking at the comments shows there are many that understand what you are going through.

Feeling down is an indication of how much you care , Tiff. Sounds very normal to me although I know you do not want to be normal in this way.

Even if you decide not to blog for a while, please keep in touch - seek support anywhere you can - try to get some respite care.

As for the award - I break the "rules" all the time :-)

Thank you Tiff, a walking talking heart as always. When I get myself together a bit I'll put this up on my blog. Thank you again.

As for taking a break, go ahead, there are more important things in life, and you've got about a dozen of them running around you! I look forward to reading (&writing) more when there's light at the end of our respective north and south hemispherical tunnels.

Oh hon, I don't feel like you are being negative. You're in the middle of something at the moment thats all. You are doing fantastically at dealing with even when you feel down. We can't encourage you if you don't keep writing.

Hang in there, you are doing a terrific job in difficult circumstances and you are a great mum even when you don't feel liek you are.

Oh babe.

Keep writing. The comments don't matter. Really. It is therapy. And you know we are here reading, some times there are no words to say to help.

And that said, commenting seems to be down all over the blog world. People are complaining EVERYWHERE!

Thanks for my bling! Smootches and <3

Take all the time you need. Like Jayne said, we'll be here when you get back.
Is prednisone the only choice? Is there any substitute that would work and hopefully without the roid rage? Prednisone is a steroid, yes? I'm off to google.......
Remember, when you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot so you don't fall off.

You're just a poor, tired out mommy - that's all. Not a thing wrong with you, darlin' you're human... imagine that! : ) Just hang on to that last little bit of rope with all your might. You can do this, I know it's tough, but you can. Praying for you, sweetie *hugs*

(And thanks so much for the lovely award - a special one that I will treasure because of its meaning!)

"Go placidly amid the noise & haste,& remember what peace there may be in silence......Speak your truth quietly & clearly; and listen to others, they too have their story.......Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans........Be yourself......Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity & disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass. ....... Nuture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue & lonliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees & the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace......and whatever your labours & aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace with your soul. With all it's sham, drudgery & broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. ........." These are not my words but I know you will recognise the quotation. As old as it is, there is a lot of truth & wisdom here. I KNOW how you are feeling, I wish I could relieve you & take the weight from your shoulders but I can't do that. Just know that I love you so much & feel your torment. P.S. Ivy WILL get through all this, after all, she is YOUR daughter. xoxoxo Mum

Thanks so much, Tiff! That is a lovely gesture. I have been meaning to comment for the last few days but have been flat out, but I have been thinking about you and poor Ivy's bottom (you know what I mean! :) ) Absolutely you should take a break from the blog if you need it, sometimes its good to clear your head, but please don't stop just because you think we don't want to hear the same thing over and over. I often think about how you're all doing and check for an update, so even if I'm not commenting, rest assured, I am reading! You shouldn't feel like you always have to come up with something happy or funny. Use us to cheer you up or give support if you need!

And I second Kate's comments - you are definitely a wonderful and inspiring Mum.
