Just sayin’

If a doctor asks you to call, before you alter your child’s medication, on a set day, and you keep to your end of the bargain, would you expect the doctor to call you back because he wasn’t available to talk at the time you phoned?

And, if he didn’t call back, would you be cross?

I would be extremely cross - it is understandable that he may not have been able to be there at the time but not to call back!!!

Used to have an old fashioned charge sister who’d promise to ring the doctors from the patients’ bedside at 3am if they didn’t get their bums in the hospital to visit their patients…worked a treat

Um, pissed off enough to get on the phone and find ANOTHER doc, who would take the time to listen to your pain about Ivy’s condition. A doc who would help you find alternative treatments for Ivy. A doctor who has a better bed side matter. This is YOUR BABY for cryin’ out loud! Get her some comfort DOC!!! I AM PISSED!
