Lily has only asked Santa for one thing this year. Designer gumboots. No toys, nothing electronic, just gumboots. They can’t be your run of the mill black, rubber, too big for you wellies. They must be patterened.
So for the last few weeks I have been looking for these boots. Not really hard but looking all the same. I have to say, now that there is less than a week until Christmas, that I am hitting the panic button! Most internet places that have them are no longer delivering and real shops, ie; stores that you actually have to go out and battle other humans to get to it, just don’t stock them, despite being on stockists lists.
It was a simple request and I have left it too late to find these designer gummies.
Why couldn’t she have just asked for a Cabbage Patch Kid? There seems to be a plague of them hanging out in all the major shopping centres this season.

Do you have a Cotton on Kids outlet store? I am sure I saw some the other week at DFO here but the problem would be size as they are winter stock and only have what is left.
If worst came to worst I’d just order online and address the delivery to her personally.. then write a little note to her that says Santa’s Evles got behind schedule but they will arrive soon.. or some such nonsense?
